The glass turns purple with great intensity and consistency. A wine that spurts from the desire to get out of the glass to take you and inebriate you with aromas of berries, violets, sweet spices and a memory of hay in the sun.
In the mouth, Barbera makes itself felt, does not hide its character: beautiful fresh note but balanced by a good softness given by the perfect exposure on the hill of the Moasca castle

Vegetarian / vegan pairing

Occasional pairing
Barbera calls the table and everyday life but don't underestimate it too much, it will make you look good even in the most important dinners.
